Strawberry-Mango Smoothie
Yield: 1 ~16oz. Smoothie
- 3-4 frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- half a banana
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- water to adjust consistency
- Blend until smooth and take out the twirly straw!
